Instructor: Lillibet Gillespie
Lillibet has been teaching T'ai Chi for 21 years, 15 of which have been here at Mt. Meadows. She focuses on modifying movements to suit the abilities and needs of seniors. The practice of T'ai Chi and Qigong is a series of movements that contribute to better balance, flexibility, lower body strength and awareness of the body, mind and spirit. Slow breathing accompanies the graceful movements and brings about relaxation, as well as an increase in energy and a general feeling of well-being.
