Carol Voisin, member of the Ashland City Council, will be the guest speaker. She will talk with us about the Ashland Community Hospital merger with Asante. She will also address Parks & Recreation, loss of revenue stream, bus service to N. Mountain Avenue, SOU Transformation, and the city budget.
