Power of the Universe

A new series will begin on Saturday, July 13 at 10:30 AM in the Mt. Ashland Room. This is a series put out by the Teaching Company. The lecturer is Professor Leon Carroll, a senior research associate in Physics at the California Institute of Technology and author of "From Eternity to Here: the Quest for the Ultimate Theory of Time." He is now working on a book about the Higgs Bason. The speaker, in relating everything to everyday experiences, speaks both to persons well informed in physics and those who are not.
