Mountain Meadows, situated amid the natural beauty and cultural bounty of the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon, is owned and governed by our residents. The community is home to caring and vibrant people, some retired, some still working, who embrace their active lifestyle, their independence, and their zest for lifelong learning.
Mountain Meadows is located on a 27-acre site, and has a total of 225 residential units consisting of 65 single-family homes and 160 condominium units. The Mountain Meadows Owners Association (MMOA) is the overall governing organization of our community. Debt-free and well-funded, MMOA owns and maintains the community common areas including the Clubhouse and Dining Room, Fitness Center, community garden, parks, and landscaped areas. Our Board of Directors is elected by the owners and it oversees the day-to-day management under the retirement community wing of CPM (Commercial Property Management.)
