Mountain Meadows includes both single-family homes and condominiums. The condominiums are organized into four associations. Each association has its own governing documents and Board of Directors. An overall Coordinating Council, including presidents from the four condominium associations and the President of the Mountain Meadows Owners Association, provides an opportunity to discuss issues of mutual concern.
