Plum Ridge Condominium Association consists of 15 homes, two or four per building, in the Plum Ridge neighborhood between N. Mountain Ave. and Plum Ridge Ave. PRCA is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board meets regularly each quarter, and special meetings are called, as required. Except for special circumstances, as provided in the Bylaws, all meetings are open to the public.
